Arman Sarkisyan (M) – CEO, Founder
„Sea Harmony“ Ltd. was founded in March 25, 2009. Founder and Project Manager – Arman Sarkisyan, who is a marine ecologist by education and persuasion. began the project in parallel with his professional career as a technician in the „Inspectorate for Environmental Protection“; MARPOL Inspector in the Maritime Administration and manager of his own distribution company and production of diet and health foods founded back in 1992. – TM „Health for you.“ Over the years it spreads nationwide by opening offices and distribution bases to cover the territory of Bulgaria in Varna, Plovdiv, Sofia and a team of 30 people.
The cause for the revival of marine ecosystems through business technology led him to sell his successful company „Healthy foods” and to reinvest all his funds in the project „Sea harmony“, since 2009 as entrepreneur, manager and technology innovator.

Atanas Dimitrov (M) – Finance department
Atanas Dimitrov was born 31.01.1989. in Sliven – Bulgaria. In 2013. He graduated from the University of Economics – Varna, „Corporate Finance“ – Master’s degree with result: Excellent 5.66/6. Alongside education, between 2010 and 2013 he was 3 times champion of Bulgaria, Absolute Balkan and Absolute European bodybuilding champion, awarded the highest sports degree „Master of Sports“. In 2013 „Allianz Bank Bulgaria“ PLC – CORPORATE DEPARTMENT. In 2014 worked in farm for wild animals with valuable fur and in 2015 was Manager of the farm, which was the most successful year of the company since its establishment in volume and quality of production.
In the spring of 2015 he joined the team of „Sea Harmony“ Finance Department First prizes and awards: „Green Innovations for Sustainable Business“, Norway grants, Innovation Norway, CEED Bulgaria; „Forum Youth Entrepreneurship – StartUp 2016 – Go To Market.“; “The Venture” Winner for Bulgaria, Chivas Regal; “Climate Launch Pad” Winner for Bulgaria, CleanTech Bulgaria; Theme award: “Sustainable food production systems”, Climate KIC (105 International finalist out of 964 projects); Prize: Green Booth Camp, Innovation Norway; United Nations, special guest at the 9th Annual OSI; Innovation Norway Jury Award: “Best Investment Project”

Petar Atanasov (M) – Chief Engineer
Education: Ship Building – Technical University – Varna; 28 years’ experience: Institute of Shipbuilding Varna; Freelance: Manager Sea Operations for pulling out sank ships. A Total of 7 ships in the Black Sea, Varna Lake.
Planned, designed and supervised: Ship lifting operations up to 200 tons from the shore using100-ton floating cranes; Ferry reconstruction lifting operations of superstructures up to 200 tons – maximum height from the deck: 6 meters; Ship hull sections rotating operations up to 60 tons to 180 degrees using a 2 100-ton cranes; Self-floating platform operations for offshore bottom drilling; Ship and pontoon reconstruction operations and ship and pontoon repairing operations.

Veliko Petrov (M) – Manager marine operations
Veliko Yanchev Petrov is born in 19.07.1974. In 1992-1993 he graduated The Varna Shipyard school as a locksmith and shipbuilder. 20 years of experience in diving activities including: Economic catch of sea snail-diver; mussel farming, river thermo-electric power stations, unclogging and repair of dams, cleaning and repair of ships, maintenance and repair work of special diving equipment, machinery, underwater inspections and ship repairs. Sea Harmony’s main diving specialist since 2007.

Paolina Daskalova – Project assistant
Paolina did her bachelor degree in Political Science in New Bulgarian University, Sofia. It is her affection for civic education and youth inclusiveness in the political processes that brought her to our organisation as an intern. Currently, Paolina is a full member of the team.
